Curio Revelio is a young growth marketing consultancy. We started in 2020 with the aim to help early stage startups navigate their growth journey by leveraging the best practices deployed by unicorns and avoiding their mistakes.

In over 3 years we have worked with startups and large corporations alike to launch and grow new businesses. We specialize in working with startups not only as a strategic partner but taking end-to-end responsibility of the overall execution.

Our Founder and Lead Consultant is Syed Adil - a growth marketing leader with over a decade of experience across consulting firms and startups. He has been the growth lead for Unicorns - OYO and Urban Company, leading their international growth charter. His experience is diverse across industries (ecommerce, fintech, healthtech, insurance, edtech, B2B enterprise sales, B2B retail) and geographies (India, Bharat - Tier 2/3 cities, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, UAE, Brazil, and the USA).

This role is an excellent opportunity for anyone planning to get into digital marketing and learn how to run a business on the ground. You will work closely with the Founder and learn the workings of the business on a daily basis.

Job Description

• This role reports directly to the Founder and the person will work closely with him to manage day to day execution of the company
• The person will be responsible for enabling the Founder and their team to manage work across multiple clients while taking up different roles across digital marketing, project management, client relationships and hiring
• This role will also lead the marketing efforts of the Curio Revelio brand and its sub-brands/products
• This role will also manage the lead generation for Curio Revelio, work on client pitch decks and be present in client presentations

Must Have:

• Total Work Experience: 2-4 Years
• Bachelor's / Master's degree from a top-tier college in any discipline 
• Strong business acumen and analytical approach to problem solving
• Should have the ability to work in an unstructured environment like a startup
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English and Hindi

Good to Have: 

• Prior experience in Marketing and/or consulting is preferred
• Willing to travel to participate in client meetings - Delhi-NCR, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad

• Entrepreneurial experience 
• State/National level sports participation and position holders
• Experience of working with an NGO in their field of interest
• Recommendation from an ISB alumni
